This role is suited for individuals with significant experience in plot agricultural research and equipment operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in seeding and maintaining research plots
- Organize harvest operations with appropriate equipment
- Coordinate teams for data collection and sample processing
- Train staff in field and lab procedures
- Operate drones for data collection across various locations
Requirements:
- BSc in agriculture, biology, or related field
- Minimum four years in small plot research
- Ability to operate drones for data collection
- Experience with agricultural equipment operation
- Competence in data analysis and documentation
