You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What you’ll do Fabrication & Installation: Perform fabrication and installation of large heavy equipment at customer sites and in the Lively fabrication shop, ensuring adherence to work orders, diagrams, and company standards.

Welding Execution: Manually weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) maintaining proper arc length and speed to achieve specified weld profiles and quality.

- Daily Operations: Follow rotating shift schedules (8-12 hours), including evenings, nights, and weekends as required by job orders, with travel within a 1-2 hour radius of Sudbury.

Success Metrics: Deliver high-quality welds and installations on time, maintain safety standards, and support operational efficiency with minimal shop support.

Travel Requirements: Regular travel to customer sites within a 1-2 hour radius of Sudbury; occasional shop work depending on workload.
