The Financial Analyst, Operations will be responsible for supporting plant performance, driving insights, and elevating decision‑making across our manufacturing network. This role blends operational analysis with FP&A; support, offering exposure to productivity initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ideal for someone with strong analytical fundamentals who wants to grow in Operations Finance while working hands‑on with plant teams. Implement and refine data visualization tools to better communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within SAP and other financial systems. A minimum 2 years of relevant working financial analysis, budgeting, or operational reporting experience.

Prior experience in a CPG or food manufacturing industry is a plus.

University

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Math or a related field. Proficient in data analytics and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, common formulas), with strong attention to detail.

Experience in PowerBI and SAP is considered a plus. Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, understanding costing models and financial analysis.
