This high-visibility role reports to the Head of Finance and offers ownership of critical operations. You will work across accounting, FP&A;, automation, and strategic analysis to enhance financial reporting and insights. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the month-end close process and financial reporting
- Manage revenue recognition and external audit processes
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and AR/collections
- Implement and improve Finance systems for efficiency
- Support compliance and annual planning processes

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of progressive finance experience
- CPA designation required
- Solid technical accounting and financial analysis skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Exceptional communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
