What you'll be doing Simplii Financial is a modern, customer-first organization where growth is driven by insight, experimentation, and action. The Growth team works at the intersection of data, customer behaviour, and product performance to identify where friction is affecting the client experience, where opportunities exist, and what changes can improve engagement, conversion, and the quality of client relationships. As a Growth Analyst, you'll be embedded in a squad where you'll contribute to meaningful growth work across experimentation, lifecycle analysis, and conversion optimization.

You'll help identify growth opportunities, support the design and execution of tests, and contribute to the analysis that turns data into actionable insight. You'll continue building your growth instincts and developing the skills to become a confident, independent growth practitioner. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

using advanced formulas, and developing forecasting templates that connect data to decision-making.
