Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our finance team. Duties

- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to verify data integrity.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms to record transactions accurately.
- Support budgeting activities by analyzing expenses and forecasting future financial needs.
- Perform auditing procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring correct calculations and timely disbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial analysis projects and account investigations.




- Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions and documentation for audit purposes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bookkeeping practices and accounting workflows.

Skills

- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft or equivalent systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and auditing procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and financial services industry standards.
- Skilled in bookkeeping, budget management, and account analysis for effective financial oversight.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processing requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial data accurately and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining comprehensive records.
