This is a Temporary Full time Position with benefits.
The Financial & Administrative Service Coordinator performs complex duties related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing as well as duties related to human resources and administration.
Qualifications:
Education, Training & Experience:
- Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping
- Training or experience using AccPac or Adagio accounting systems
- A minimum of 2 years hands on bookkeeping experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate excellent understanding & skills in interpreting financial statements
- Bookkeeping experience in the non-profit sector
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent ability in verbal & written business communication
- Display competency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Processes financial information such as payroll, accounts receivable, billing and accounts payable, by performing such duties as:
- entering & updating records using a computerized system
- calculating billings totals
- matching documents for payment
- preparing invoices and receipts
- verifying information such as quantities and prices
- preparing payments.
- Maintains records, gathers and compiles information and documents such as data required for budgets and audits.
- Reviews contracts and ensures that invoicing & reporting are completed in the manner agreed.
- Performs routine cash management duties such as receiving, recording, and issuing receipts for payments, balancing cash transactions, preparing & making bank deposits, reconciling bank statements, maintaining & balancing petty cash accounts.
- Gathers data, maintains records & reports to supervisors etc. regarding product warranties, maintenance requirements, insurance coverage etc.
- Develops and maintains data tracking systems such as databases and record keeping systems. Provides reports as requested.
- Performs administrative support duties such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, data entry, benefits enrollment, photocopying, and answering telephone.
- Performs all other duties as required
Pay: From $27.40 per hour

Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
