Telework can be outside of the state of Minnesota if the candidate lives in a state bordering Minnesota and lives 50 miles or less from the primary work location. Primary work location will be the Golden Rule Building in St. Two (2) years of experience performing analysis, exercising judgment, and relying on knowledge in audit, risk, or compliance within the financial services industry.
Experience in the financial services industry includes roles within or overseeing banks and credit unions. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is equivalent to one (1) year of experience. An Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is equivalent to eighteen (18) months of experience.
Experience analyzing and evaluating data and preparing reports for review. Prior experience with mortgage, title, appraisal, other related mortgage industry experience, or other non-depository financial institutions.
Knowledge of practices and internal controls of Mortgage Originator and Servicer Institutions or other non-depository financial institutions.
Knowledge of State and Federal statutes and rules applicable to mortgage licensees or other non-depository financial institutions. Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer. Job offer is contingent upon passing reference checks to verify job-related credentials, a criminal background check and drivers' license check prior to appointment.
