Role Description : The role focuses on delivering financial literacy education through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions, helping individuals understand core financial concepts and make informed decisions. The role involves educating and coaching participants on their financial journeys,



guiding interested individuals along a structured pathway toward becoming financial independent, and collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery. The successful candidate will actively contribute to a supportive, mission-driven environment while maintaining qualified standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications :

- 18 + years , valid SIN and a Canadian resident .
- Having valid status to work in Canada or Ontario.
- Positive mindset.
- Ownership of personal responsibilities.
- Coaching and mentoring training would be provided to guide participants through financial literacy goals and the pathway to becoming financial advisors.
- Have commitment to empathy, inclusion, and professionalism.
