This position is primarily commission-based, so actual earnings will vary depending on individual sales performance, experience, business results and market conditions. actively communicate with the customer(s) to identify and discuss vehicle needs and wants; offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered qualify buyers by understanding their vehicle purchasing, financing, and/or insurance requirements extended warranty, chemicals (rust proofing, paint protection), insurance, and accessories; interact and consult with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in financial agreement and customer service, including: ~ Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive, or other related areas. ~2 to 3 Years experience as an F&I;/Financial Service Manager required ~ proficiency working with ERP/DMS/CRM systems (ie. CDK, DealerTrack, One Eighty), and Microsoft Office software (ie.
