HAYDEN Diamond Bit Industries Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of diamond coring bits and other diamond products for the world’s mining and exploration industry. Execute finishing operations according to works orders and ensure that all duties and tasks are performed according to safety and quality standards and SOPs. ~ Operate bench grinding and drilling machines to remove residual material to prepare the bit for sandblasting. ~ File off excess residual carbon material to prepare the bit for finishing. ~ Perform manual torque test before preparing the bit for painting. ~ Perform housekeeping, tools cleaning tasks and routine maintenance work as assigned. ~ Assist in any other tasks assigned in the production area including helping to shrink wrap skits and boxes for shipment.

Experience working in a manufacturing workplace settings preferred. Competent in the English language and able to communicate efficiently.



Basic computer abilities. Able to use computer to record data. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintain high-quality standards Able to work flexible shifts. Able to work standing for the duration of the 8 hours shift. Must have legal working status in Canada.
