Responsibilities

- Assess participant understanding through interactive activities and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certification completion




- Stay current with the latest first aid protocols and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, participation, and confidence-building

Requirements

- Proven experience in teaching, preferably in health or safety-related fields
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
- Strong classroom experience or experience leading group training sessions
- Knowledge of current first aid standards, CPR, AED, and emergency response techniques
- Ability to demonstrate practical skills effectively while engaging participants of varying backgrounds
- Certification as a First Aid Instructor or willingness to obtain certification prior to onboarding (training provided if needed)
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting safety awareness and empowering others
