This first shift role at NFI focuses on managing warehouse operations efficiently while implementing action plans.

You will develop strategic goals, direct personnel, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations. Your leadership will drive productivity and manage financial outcomes within a warehouse spanning up to 500,000 sq. ft. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective warehouse operations plans
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules effectively
- Oversee warehouse supervisors and personnel
- Audit compliance with SOPs
- Analyze labor hours versus workload requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
- 5+ years supervisory experience in distribution
