Working closely with Project Managers (PMs) to establish and maintain program and project schedules. Preparing short, medium, and long-term scenario plans and providing analysis and interpretation of results.

Monitoring schedule adherence during the project lifecycle and assisting with recovery plan development to protect the critical path. Gathering data and providing updates to project schedules and developing reliable, informed schedule forecasts. Assisting the Lead Project Scheduler, Sustainment PMO Manager and PMs to convey project data and information to all members of the project team and senior leadership in a timely manner that will support the decision-making process.

Assisting in the development and implementation of Projects Controls measures and metrics to demonstrate schedule adherence and continual performance improvement. Maintaining project / program baselines in Primavera P6. Capturing actuals in Primavera P6 based on financial data.

A bachelor's degree, college diploma or certificate in Administration or Business management and related work experience ~4+ years of experience gathering, maintaining, reporting, and analyzing schedule data. ~ Demonstrable experience in Primavera P6 scheduling software (or other project scheduling software) ~ Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. ~ The ability to understand and adhere to procedures and policies.
