Lead the cultivation team at Rubicon Organics in Hope, BC, as a Flower Room Lead. Oversee the flowering stage while ensuring optimal plant care and compliance for quality cannabis production. In this role, you will guide team members through essential flowering room processes, reporting directly to the Flower Room Supervisor.

Your expertise in defoliation, pruning, and harvest preparation will directly influence crop quality. You should excel at proactive monitoring of crop health and addressing any challenges that arise during production. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily flowering-room operations and team activities
- Monitor crop health and proactively identify issues
- Collaborate with the Cultivation team for quality maintenance
- Maintain orderly, compliant work areas per SOPs
- Conduct scheduled checks of grow rooms and HVAC equipment Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in cannabis flowering or horticulture
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Spanish fluency preferred, English required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to obtain a Pesticide Applicator Certificate Drive exceptional care and compliance in cannabis production as Flower Room Lead at Rubicon Organics.
