The Supervisor position encompasses opening and closing duties, contributing to Alforno's effective operation and customer satisfaction.

What are the duties to perform:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food services industry.
- 2 years of direct work experience in a supervisory capacity an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- This role involves delivering high-level customer service, accurate order-taking, and maintaining menu knowledge
- Motivated and creative team player
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
