- Assist in food & beverage front of house operations
- Ensure outstanding service for Members and guests
- Hire, train, and coach F&B; team members
- Develop wine lists and beverage menus
- Maintain cash management controls and conduct inventory Requirements:
- Smart Service and Food Handling Certified
- At least 1 year in a supervisory F&B; role
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
