We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Food & Beverage Server to join our team. In this role, you will lead wine tastings, provide exceptional a la carte service in our café, and host guided property tours. You’ll also play a key part in weddings, corporate functions,



and social events, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

A successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of our food, wine, and retail offerings, confidently recommending pairings and upselling when appropriate. As part of our team, you’ll also be trained in our AEW Barista program and specialty coffee service while assisting with retail transactions and event setup. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide engaging wine tastings and table service with expert product knowledge.
- Deliver friendly, professional service while exceeding guest expectations.
- Recommend food and wine pairings, upselling where appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining and restocking wine and retail merchandise.
- Support setup, execution, and teardown of events.
- Perform opening, closing, and shift change duties.
- Adhere to winery grooming standards and present a polished, skilled appearance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or retail.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Passion for hospitality, wine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.99 per hour
