Master Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Branch Director to lead our team at our Kelowna, BC branch. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating branch operations to ensure efficient and effective performance. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, manage budgets, maintain administrative management, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc. Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees. Interview, hire, and oversee training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Manage internal staff, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals. Develop and maintain good business relations with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve technical problems related to products in a timely and effective manner.

Excellent leadership, motivation, and coaching skills with a focus on people and results. Excellent skills in planning, organization, and time management.
