Description

Description: The Food Service Attendant is responsible for the rethermalization of entrees and to prepare, cook or heat other ingredients from simple recipes or instructions. Duties also include operation of large dish machines; portering heavy food supplies; cleaning of large kitchen appliances and work area; receiving and recording of food deliveries; monitoring food temperatures and reporting items of doubtful quality.

Attendant participates in the training/orientation of recent staff, assists with catering services and performs other related work duties as required.
