Material Handler / Forklift Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, kitting, staging, and delivering materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a protected, organized work workplace.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, kit, stage, replenish, and deliver materials to production areas.

Receive, unload, organize, and put away inbound freight.

Safely operate Reach Trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

Use SAP and RF scanners for inventory transactions and material tracking.

Perform cycle counts, bin audits, and maintain accurate inventory.

Follow FIFO, 5S, Lean, safety, and EHS procedures.

Prepare production kits and support timely material delivery.





Report material shortages, damages, discrepancies, and equipment concerns.

Maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas.

Work closely with warehouse, production, and supervisory teams.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.

Reach Truck/Forklift certification is an asset but not required.

SAP/RF scanner experience preferred.

Ability to frequently lift 50+ lbs.

Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
