The role

We're looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to produce digital assets and edit imagery across our client portfolio. You'll receive detailed creative briefs and turn them into polished, on-brand deliverables that are ready for launch. We're looking for someone who works independently, takes accountability for their work, and is proactive and quick to adapt.

Responsibilities

- Design paid social assets for Meta (static ads, carousels, Stories and Reels covers) across multiple formats and sizes
- Design email assets for Klaviyo campaigns and flows, including headers, banners and product modules
- Create organic social media content, including feed posts, carousels and Stories
- Retouch, colour-correct and edit product and lifestyle photography
- Produce web and e-commerce assets such as homepage banners, collection headers and promotional graphics
- Build and maintain reusable templates in Figma for recurring formats
- Apply each client's brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables
- Prepare and organize final files with explicit naming, in the correct formats and specs for each platform
- Meet agreed turnaround times and flag scope or timeline issues early

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally within an agency or for e-commerce or consumer brands
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and Figma
- A portfolio that includes digital marketing work: paid social ads, email design and/or e-commerce assets
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills
- Ability to work from a written brief and deliver high-quality first drafts with minimal revisions
- Excellent attention to detail, typography and layout
- Reliable, organized and responsive during business hours (Eastern Time)
- English required to liaise with clients based in the US; French is an asset
- Must carry, or be willing to obtain before starting, professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance, including media/intellectual property coverage

Nice to have

- Experience designing for fashion, accessories, beauty or hospitality brands
- Basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut)
- Familiarity with Meta ad specs and Klaviyo email best practices
- Experience building brand guidelines or design systems

Retainer terms

This is an ongoing freelance retainer with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week. Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid test project based on a real brief.
