Receptionist – Thunderbird Sports Centre

Thunderbird Sports Centre is Hiring!

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Thunderbird Sports Centre.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable taking initiative, and can help ensure the facility runs smoothly during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Opening and closing the facility depending on the scheduled shift
- Greeting and assisting guests, customers, and facility users
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting with the general care and monitoring of the sports domes and facility
- Completing basic administrative and reception duties
- Answering general questions and directing guests as needed
- Helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized facility
- Communicating any facility concerns or issues to management





Availability Applicants should be available for a mix of evening and weekend shifts, including both opening and closing responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with the public
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable completing basic administrative tasks
- Previous customer service, reception, recreation, or facility experience is an asset
