Our client, a boutique wealth management practice in Markham, ON, is seeking a professional, personable, and highly organized Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of an organization, takes pride in providing exceptional client service, and is looking for a stable, long-term administrative opportunity within a close-knit team. The successful candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and help ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
