As a VIP Concierge you will have the opportunity to provide the highest level of personalized service and creating memorable experiences for our VIP guests. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of both the hotel and the surrounding area. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests by coordinating all aspects of their stay, from pre-arrival planning through post-departure follow-up, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences. Provide expert knowledge and assistance regarding hotel services, dining, spa, golf, resort activities, local attractions, transportation, and tour arrangements while facilitating reservations and customized itineraries. Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively by empowering colleagues, tracking service recovery efforts, and ensuring all requests and special arrangements are handled with care and efficiency. Maintain a skilled, collaborative,



and service-focused environment by upholding the hotel’s service standards, demonstrating leadership values, and supporting operational systems and administrative duties as required. Minimum 2 year’s previous Hotel experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or Royal Service Les Clefs d’Or membership an asset, or are currently working towards membership Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset Food &
