Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Fryer / Oven Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing delicious fried and oven-cooked dishes that meet our high standards. If you love working in a lively kitchen environment and have a passion for food preparation and safety, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items using fryers and ovens according to established recipes and standards.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure all fried and baked dishes are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
- Maintain organization of kitchen stations,



including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing meal preparation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to keep the kitchen secure for everyone.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic cooking techniques.
- Experience with food industry equipment such as fryers and ovens is a plus.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills within the kitchen setting.
