At the Dorian, Autograph Collection and Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown our associates ensure that every guest experience is a masterpiece, blending impeccable service with whimsical intrigue. Our associates are focused on providing our guests with the best stay possible, to help them pursue their passions through travel. We are in search of a warm, friendly, courteous, and skilled Front Desk Agent .

Working at the front desk means you are the hub of the hotel. Always provide the highest quality of service to our guests and associates alike, setting a shining example for our team. Post guest charges and compute guest bills, collecting payment and making change for hotel guests following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord Hospitality.

Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel associates, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.



Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette. Open and close shift; Follow all safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.

Previous experience in a customer service role in a hospitality operation or similar sized hotel property. A Hospitality or Tourism program graduate or degree holder. Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
