We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineering Manager to lead the our internal engineering platform, standards framework, and developer enablement ecosystem used across the Software Engineering Chapter. This role combines platform engineering, architecture, and developer experience leadership. You will design and maintain reusable engineering templates, define engineering guardrails, and lead the Center for Enablement team responsible for enabling product engineering pods.

Your work will directly improve developer productivity, engineering quality, and delivery performance across the organization.

Engineering Platform

Define and maintain engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices Maintain technical documentation, playbooks,



and platform patterns Implement and maintain static code analysis and quality gates (SonarCloud) Improve CI/CD workflows and engineering practices across teams Collaborate with engineering leadership on platform strategy Lead the Center for Enablement engineering team Define roadmap and priorities for the software engineering platform Mentor engineers and promote adoption of engineering standards Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Experience building internal developer platforms or shared engineering tooling preferred Experience with engineering productivity tools (SonarCloud, LinearB, Datadog, etc.)
