People & Culture Advisor Seabrook, NS (with travel within Nova Scotia) Status: Full-Time, Permanent | In-Office Scotia Harvest is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to serve as the in office HR presence at our Seabrook facility. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and leaders, building relationships, solving problems, and helping create a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced operational environment. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll provide hands‑on support to employees and managers, coach leaders through people‑related challenges, support recruitment and onboarding activities, and help ensure HR processes are carried out consistently and effectively.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on day‑to‑day HR matters. Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, performance management, and workplace concerns. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.

Support recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, and benefits administration. Maintain employee information within BambooHR and assist with HR reporting. Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and training requirements.

Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum two years of HR experience,



or a combination of related education and experience. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience in a manufacturing, processing, or operational environment is considered an asset. This role is primarily based at our Seabrook facility and requires regular interaction with employees in office, production, and operational settings. Travel (approximately 20%) to other Nova Scotia locations is required.
