Help us achieve that vision. As a Highstreet Carpenter, you will see yourself accomplishing a variety of carpentry tasks throughout the day while working closely with all project stakeholders.



Site carpentry as required including rough wood framing Build hoardings and temporary shelters Maintaining site cleanliness Champion work site safety Perform all duties assigned by the Foreman or Site Superintendent 4+ years of carpentry experience or similar role ~ Possess general understanding of construction procedures, equipment and WorkSafe guidelines ~ Ticketed on skid steer, boom lifts, and/or excavator would be an asset ~ Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation Hourly Salary: $33.65-$43.27 per hour, dependent on experience The posted salary range reflects our target hourly wage for this role.

Annual Bonus: Highstreet pays an annual bonus based on company performance. A typical bonus for a Carpenter is approximately 14% of annual salary. Determined annually, the bonus could be higher or lower, depending on performance results.
