Concierge Security Guard Status: Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday (8AM - 4PM) Posting Date: September 22nd, 2026 Overtime Method: Monitor building access and enforce security protocols. Respond calmly and effectively as a valued part of the security team to disturbances or emergencies. Provide accurate directions and information, especially related to building services.

Answer phones, emails, manage the visitor database, and assist with room bookings or appointments. Assist with administrative tasks such as badge sign out, parking inquiries, procedural inquiries, interfacing with Executive Assistants for events. Liaise with emergency services and contractors when needed.

Maintain proper deportment and posture while seated at post. Patrol assigned area on foot, as assigned, to ensurepersonal, building and equipment security. Watch for and report irregularities by completing investigations and incident reports, such as security breaches,



facility and safety hazards and emergency situations; Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide specialized security services by enforcing rules and regulations whenrequired.

Personal cell phone use while on duty is strictly prohibited. Proficient in English, both oral and written Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
