This role requires patience, flexibility, and a commitment to fostering relationships with students who need additional support. You will collaborate with the Learning Support and Administrative teams, following strategies outlined by the school team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized support to students in inclusive settings
- Collaborate with the School Support Team and external agencies
- Assist with student personal care,



including toileting
- Implement strategies based on individual student needs
- Collect data to track student progress and goals

Requirements:

- Experience in an inclusive educational environment
- Understanding of self-regulation tools and practices
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Knowledge or experience with sensory programming
- Certification from a Teaching Assistant Program is an asset
