Make a difference as a Family Support Facilitator at Abiona Centre, focused on young mothers' mental health. This full time role is pivotal for nurturing family well-being. In this dynamic position, you'll leverage the High Fidelity WrapAround Service to create individualized support for families led by pregnant and parenting youth.
You will directly contribute to building secure relationships and improving outcomes for mothers and their infants. Engage with community programs to ensure holistic support. Guide families through customized support plans
- Degree in Child and Youth Care or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in family support and case management
- Knowledge in infant and early childhood mental health
- Empower young families and support their journey at Abiona Centre.
