Foundation is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Associate to assist the Director of Granting. This permanent position requires at least 3 years of experience in philanthropy, showcasing problem-solving and analytical skills. You'll play a crucial role in managing donor-funded initiatives, ensuring effective project execution, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolios of funds and reporting requirements
- Monitor grant projects with fund holders
- Develop resources for diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure compliance with agreements and policies
- Offer suggestions for workflow improvements Requirements:
- 3+ years in fundraising and philanthropy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Salesforce or Blackbaud CRM
- Ability to work independently
