The Scheduler will liaise with a variety of stakeholders and work with software applications to plan, coordinate and schedule interventions by clinical consultants, and client service technicians.





Optimize clinical consultants and client service technicians interventions using scheduling technology* Monitor and achieve KPI targets for efficiency* Update and manage scheduling databases with accuracy* Schedule and optimize the sequence of interventions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness are maintained, along with troubleshooting within geographical zones/routes.

Communicate actively with clients, clinical consultants and client service technicians regarding intervention details Ensure interventions are completed and updated in the EMR system in a timely manner* Solve complex scheduling tasks in EMR, fill gaps for the next day dispatching orders and review interventions to minimize issues.

Escalate technical/clinical challenges to Manager Identifies improvement opportunities to the Manager.

Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information and action them into the EMR system.

Monitor the route and status of service territory to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
