- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Coordinate patient intake and manage clinic documentation
- Facilitate virtual appointments for patients
- Support physicians with EMR and necessary reporting
- Schedule patient appointments and manage billing processes
Requirements:
- MOA Diploma and two years' experience in a medical setting
- Proficient in TELUS Medaccess and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in clinical billing or referrals
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
