We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to provide full time care for a wonderful 2-year-old boy in the River Heights area.

This is a long-term position with a family who is looking for someone who will become a consistent and trusted part of their child's routine.

Responsibilities

- Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for a 2-year-old
- Follow the family's established nap, meal, and daily routines
- Prepare meals and snacks for the child
- Plan age-appropriate activities, outings, and play
- Take the child outside and on outings when appropriate
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the child
- Provide consistent and gentle guidance and boundaries
- Support the child's development through play, reading, conversation, and activities
- Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the child's day

Requirements
- Previous professional childcare/nanny experience
- Experience caring for toddlers
- Newborn experience is an asset, as the family plans to have another child in the future
- Strong communication and reliability
- Comfortable following a family's established routines and parenting preferences




- Valid driver's licence and comfortable driving with the child
- Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required

Family Preferences The family is looking for someone who is calm, dependable, engaging, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. The family follows a structured routine and is looking for a nanny who can consistently follow their approach to naps, meals, activities, and screen-free childcare.

There are no household cleaning responsibilities associated with this position. The focus is on caring for Teo and preparing meals for him.

The family provides a vehicle/car seat and covers applicable gas/travel expenses for childcare-related driving.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a nanny looking for a stable, long-term position with a family in River Heights.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
