Join Providence Care as a full-time Registered Practical Nurse on the Mobile Response Team in Brockville, ON. Engage in quality improvement initiatives while fostering a team-oriented, person-centered approach throughout your practice. Deliver direct nursing care in cooperation with RN and PSWs

- Engage in assessment and care planning tailored to clients' needs
- Collaborate with other Seniors Mental Health Services and consultants
- Flexibility to work in various long-term care homes in the area Valid RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least one year of experience in elder care
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Knowledge of dementia care and supportive management approaches
