The Pharmacy Dispensing

Assistant is a new entry-level position within our onsite Pharmacy team at Innomar. Prior pharmacy experience is an asset but not required. Working under the supervision of the Manager, Pharmacy Programs or Pharmacy Program Team Lead, this role is the foundation of our daily pharmacy workflow - keeping prescriptions moving, packages prepared, and our operations running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in pharmacy or healthcare operations. Label medications accurately in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements. Prepare and process waybills and shipping documentation to support daily courier deadlines.

Support inventory management activities, including receiving and stocking medications. Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks to maintain accurate pharmacy records.



Assist with delivery exception management and other logistics-related administrative tasks.

Escalate discrepancies or issues to senior staff or pharmacy leadership in a timely manner. Support general housekeeping within the pharmacy environment. Assist with packing and shipping prescription orders according to established procedures.

A genuine interest in pharmacy operations, healthcare, or logistics. Previous experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, or healthcare setting is an asset - but not required. Completion of, or enrollment in, a pharmacy assistant program is considered an asset.
