Join our amazing team and enjoy a 20% store discount! We are currenting seeking a Full Time Produce Shift Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge for all things produce and will assist the Produce Management Team in overseeing the daily department operations, including delegating tasks, training and developing employees, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring the proper rotation and display of product to meet our high standards for freshness and quality.

Assist in managing, motivating, training, and developing staff according to company policies and procedures. Control product rotation with produce floor stock, manage floor displays to ensure limited product loss, execute in store specials when necessary. Manage inventory levels to limit product loss.

Provide exceptional customer service in all situations, including returns and complaints. Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, customers, and vendors.
