Engage in meaningful child welfare work as a Full-Time Protection Support Worker in Timmins. Provide critical preventative and protective services to children and families in need. Join the Child Care and Resource team, playing a vital role in the lives of children under the Agency’s care.

This position requires a College Diploma in Human Services along with strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel are essential for this impactful role. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide protective intervention services to children and families
- Work within child protection services and placements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on cases
- Interpret and apply relevant legislative requirements
- Maintain documentation and case management records

Requirements:

- College Diploma in Human Services required
- Adaptable work hours and travel availability
- G2 driver’s license minimum; G Class preferred
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
