Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards and guest health

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving protocols and customer interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus for productive order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and making change accurately
- Experience with food industry standards including food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
