You will diagnose BAS issues, optimize performance, and represent Setpoint professionally. Participate in technical training while conducting both service calls and preventive maintenance visits. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer service calls for BAS troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair BAS hardware and software faults
- Read and diagnose issues with sequence of operations
- Assist in commissioning new BAS installations and retrofits
- Complete detailed service reports for customer reference Requirements:
