We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Site Supervisor to join our security team. This is a great chance for a security professional looking to take on a leadership role with a consistent full-time daytime schedule Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Schedule: Full-Time Supervise and provide direction to security personnel Conduct regular security and site inspections Conduct staff briefings and provide direction on daily duties Manage staff breaks and maintain appropriate site coverage Identify and address safety and security concerns Deter and detect unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches Provide professional customer service to visitors, staff, contractors,



and other individuals on site Ensure site procedures and security requirements are followed Perform other duties as assigned by management Valid Manitoba Security Guard License Previous security experience required; supervisory experience is an asset Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Ability to successfully complete all required site-specific training High School Diploma/GED Valid Manitoba Security Guard License Paladin Security: We believe in promoting from within, respecting people and their differences, providing high quality service and always having fun!
