Join our dynamic team as a Gas Attendant and Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers and ensuring smooth, effective service at our retail location. As a vital part of our team, you'll handle fueling operations, manage transactions, and deliver exceptional customer service to keep our customers satisfied and coming back.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, process credit/debit payments, and ensure accurate cash handling throughout your shift.
- Provide product information, conduct product demos when applicable, and upsell items to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fueling area, convenience store shelves, and merchandising displays to promote safety and appeal.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills.




- Manage inventory levels of fuel supplies and retail products; restock shelves as needed while adhering to merchandising standards.
- Follow safety protocols during fueling operations, including proper handling of fuel dispensers and adherence to health regulations.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in cash handling, POS operation, basic math skills, and customer service excellence.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening.
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
- Experience with upselling techniques and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
