G1 Gas Technician/Gas Fitter A Full-time Permanent position Perform seasonal maintenance on a wide range of hot water and steam heating systems in commercial, industrial and institutional sectors Test combustion equipment and associated control systems Dismantle defective systems and test components Test system operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure secure and reliable performance Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements,



and causes of malfunctions Perform combustion analysis and adjustments to meet manufacturer requirements Provide personalized follow-up with clients, either directly or through the office HVAC experience an asset Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial and institutional heating and combustion systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams Health and Safety is a core paramount value of Carmichael Engineering.
