We specialize in installing insulation materials on pipes, ductwork, and mechanical systems to control temperatures and optimize energy efficiency. - Consistent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional afternoon shifts required as job sites demand)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist journey-level insulators in applying insulation materials to mechanical systems (pipes, ducts, tanks).
- Load, unload, and transport building materials across job sites.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including debris and trash removal.
- Care for, clean, and maintain tools and site equipment.
- Support site supervisors with general tasks and safety protocols as needed.

Qualifications & RequirementsMust-Haves:




- Certifications: Valid Working at Heights certification required upon hire.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on construction or job-site experience.
- Transportation: Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and personal reliable transportation (sites are located throughout the Niagara Region).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Must have your own CSA-approved safety boots, hardhat, and high-visibility reflective vest.
- Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
- Attitude: A strong team-player mindset, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves (Assets):
- Aerial Lift Certification (Highly preferred)
- WHMIS 2015 Certification
- Confined Space Certification
