Block Hospitality is looking for a General Manager who leads with confidence, supports the team, and cares about the experience of every guest who walks through the door.

You’ll work closely with staff across the business to maintain a qualified, positive workplace and keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

- Leading, supporting, and coaching staff while maintaining operational standards
- Building schedules and meeting labour targets
- Managing inventory and working toward promotional targets
- Managing cash and assisting with cash-outs and end-of-day procedures
- Using OpenTable to help coordinate a smooth service
- Handling guest complaints with care and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest
- Using sound judgment, logic, and reason to solve problems and make confident decisions in the moment
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and participating in weekly meetings
- Taking on other duties as needed to support the team and the business

We’re looking for someone who can balance strong business decisions with genuine hospitality and help the team deliver an excellent experience every shift Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
