The General

Manager will maximize production, minimize costs and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Train new employees on company values, policies, ethics, and product knowledge. Foster a culture focused on people, safety, and customer service.

Regularly review and guide performance and development of managers and teams. Oversee district operations, including handling customer complaints. Support and communicate corporate policies and initiatives.

Share performance and operational updates with executive leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational efficiency. Manage the regional budget and monitor P&L; reports.

Address operational issues and improve site standards.



Ensure consistent customer service across the district. Act as a liaison between corporate and the district. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field or 15-20 years of experience in a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
