In this role, you will be responsible for prompt meal service, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining compliance with dietary requirements. You'll also address concerns from residents and families, promoting a culture of responsiveness. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve meals based on residents' needs
- Ensure a clean, secure preparation area
- Check accuracy of special diet orders periodically
- Direct the activities of Food Services Workers as needed
- Manage resident or family inquiries appropriately

Requirements:

- Experience in a culinary supervisory capacity
- Hold a Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Diploma/certificate in food preparation required
- Education: minimum public school; high school preferred
- Canadian experience not necessary
